2. Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate. Those not registered for the course may not observe or listen in; otherwise, the class will be terminated without a refund.

As designers must prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, to protect the designers' rights, if a refund is requested due to personal reasons more than 7 days before the activity (excluding the day of the experience), a 50% handling fee will be charged. Refunds are not available within 7 days of the activity. The booking may be transferred to a friend or family member to attend, or used for custom orders/product purchases.
4. If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer at least 7 days prior to the activity to discuss further arrangements. Rescheduling is permitted for a maximum of three months. Late requests for rescheduling or cancellation within 7 days of the activity will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Entry is permitted 10 minutes before the activity. To ensure the smooth running of the experience and subsequent classes, please be punctual. **Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes** will not be admitted and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Please be mindful of this.
6. If materials are mistakenly made or damaged due to personal oversight during the process, you will need to purchase new materials to continue production.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, the organizer will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
8. Candid photos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to the brand's Facebook and Instagram pages after the event. These will be used for activity records and other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in person at the venue.
9. Recording videos during the class is prohibited for students.
10. Food and beverages are not permitted in the classroom.
