Please note that even 14K Gold Filled items can tarnish over time (only pure gold does not).

When not wearing, gently wipe off sweat from the jewelry and store it in a resealable bag.
If slight tarnishing occurs, gently polish with the included silver polishing cloth.
This will help extend the lifespan of your jewelry.
