For fresh flower items, the preservation period for each type of flower and foliage will vary, which is characteristic of natural plants. For potted arrangements, it is recommended to add water daily to ensure the flowers are well-hydrated and prolong their lifespan. Preserved flower arrangements primarily feature preserved blooms, complemented by scented soap flowers, artificial, or decorative elements. If you have specific requests regarding flower selection, decorative items, or color schemes, please discuss the details with us to arrange a "Personalized Custom Order." Feel free to contact us via our official LINE account. Preserved items should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment and can typically last for over 2 years. Please avoid proximity to water, do not water them, and keep them out of direct sunlight. Proper care will extend their viewing period. About Design Coordination: Each arrangement is a meticulously designed piece by our floral artists, who will select accessories and various floral and foliage elements to complement the color palette or style presented in each piece. Materials will be adjusted based on seasonality and inventory. If you particularly favor a specific decorative item or detail, we welcome you to discuss it with us for a "Personalized Custom Order." Should any special decorative items be out of stock, we will notify you before shipping for any necessary changes. Note: For products that include string lights, the LED lights are battery-operated. Each string of lights is brand new. If the battery runs out after use, simply replace the batteries. Product Delivery Service: All items in our shop are made-to-order after your payment is confirmed. January is a peak period for Lunar New Year orders. If you have an urgent request, please indicate it separately and discuss shipping methods and times with us. For deliveries within Kaohsiung City, we use LALAMOVE delivery service. Please ensure you provide a detailed address and the recipient's name and phone number so we can reach you more efficiently! For deliveries outside of Kaohsiung City, we use HOME BOXER courier service. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday. Please be attentive to calls from the courier to receive your items promptly. To ensure safe transport, large items will be shipped one item per box. The shipping fee displayed at checkout is for a single item. If you wish to purchase more than one item, additional shipping fees will apply. We will contact you regarding any discrepancies in shipping costs after you place your order. | Lunar New Year / Operating Hours | Flower Gift Pickup: Lunar New Year gifts can be reserved from January 16th to February 15th. The last day for pickup is February 15th. Floral Class Reservations: Fresh flower classes on February 7th and February 12th. Preserved and dried flower classes on January 29th, January 31st, February 5th, February 7th, and February 12th. Store Closures: The store will be closed from Lunar New Year's Eve (February 16th) to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year (February 23rd).
