The quality of color fastness directly affects our human health. In addition, it may also cause other clothing worn on the body to be stained, which is quite annoying. **▏Test standard** Common international test standards are as follows: American AATCC, European ISO, Japanese JIS, and Taiwan CNS. PA is to adopt Taiwan standard CNS. Professional testers will test the fading condition of the fabric itself through various ratings, or grade the condition of color migration to various fibers. and give scoring criteria. **▏Color Fastness to Washing** Color fastness to washing refers to the degree of color change of dyed fabrics after washing test. Usually, the gray grading sample card is used as the evaluation standard, and the color difference between the original sample and the faded sample is used for evaluation. The washing fastness is divided into 5 grades, 5 is the best and 1 is the worst. Usually, if the fabric itself discolors (fading) to level 4, it is a better quality. Fabrics with poor washing fastness should only be dry cleaned. If wet cleaning is performed, more attention should be paid to the washing conditions. For example, the washing temperature should not be too high, and the washing time should not be too long. **▏Color Fastness to Crocking (Rubbing)** The most common test standard for color fastness to rubbing is to test the degree of dye migration to other fabrics after fabric rubbing. For example, if we add a dark coat to a white top, the fabric may migrate throughout the day by rubbing against each other. The color fastness to rubbing will test the migration of dry fabric rubbing and wet fabric rubbing, and finally observe the degree of migration of undyed fabrics to make a rating. If it can reach the dry friction level 4 and the wet friction level 3-3.5, the quality is satisfactory. The rubbing fastness is based on the staining degree of white cloth as the evaluation principle, which is divided into 5 grades. The larger the value, the better the rubbing fastness.
