Please remove your jewelry when swimming, engaging in strenuous exercise, or visiting hot springs. If your jewelry contains natural stones, pearls, or plated colors, we also advise removing it during showers.

III. Repair Services
Isha offers a warranty for non-human-induced damage on brand-sold products for three months from the date of purchase. Repairs after the warranty period will incur a reasonable metalworking fee.
Customized jewelry modifications, re-plating, or other customized length or size adjustments are not covered by the warranty service.
