Proofing time depends on mutual communication. ^^
Due to the time required for design and printing, processing and shipping may take longer.
If the design is confirmed and printing is completed earlier, we will ship ahead of schedule.

*A 10-15% color variation is within the normal range for combined printing. Screen colors and brightness differ, making precise color matching impossible. Color variations may also occur within the same batch!
*Please confirm the invitation size before ordering. We cannot accept returns or provide negative feedback based on discrepancies with your expectations after receipt. ^^
*Please do not rush orders. As we have many requests, arrangements are made based on the order placement time. We apologize for any delay in modifications or responses and kindly ask for polite communication. We reserve the right to refuse service for impolite behavior. Thank you.
*Minor specks are occasionally unavoidable in combined printing. If they are not significant flaws, they are considered within acceptable limits. Perfectionists, please refrain from ordering.
*The first round of typesetting is complimentary, and minor revisions are also free of charge.
Significant revisions may incur additional fees. Please communicate reasonably with our designer.
*Font changes are permitted once. Subsequent font changes will incur a fee of NT$100.
*Typesetting time varies depending on the number of orders, typically 1-3 days. Please wait patiently.
*Creases may occur on envelopes due to bulk storage.
*Packaging is standard and simple. If you require exquisite packaging, please do not place an order.
