As the fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving imperfections" may appear, which can look like minor fraying. While these are unavoidable with the use of vintage machinery, we make every effort to minimize them through rigorous factory inspections and careful fabric cutting, using them in less conspicuous areas when unavoidable. However, due to the nature of the machinery, they cannot be entirely eliminated.
