As this product is hand-painted with ceramic glazes, we cannot create pieces from watercolor paintings or images with excessive rendering or color layering. We recommend selecting artwork composed of distinct lines and color blocks. 3. How to upload your image: Click "Contact Designer" > Select "Send Images" (+) to upload your picture, and leave a message with your preferred plate style, quantity, and customization requirements. 4. Please provide a clear, front-facing photo of the child's original artwork. The file size should ideally be under 2MB. 5. The designer will estimate the price based on the artwork's complexity. Once confirmed, please place an order for the amount quoted. 6. After payment is confirmed, the designer will message you to confirm the customization details. Production will commence within three days. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. 7. If you wish to modify the customization details after order confirmation, and the item has been made but not yet fired, a fee of 1/2 the product price will apply for changes. If the item has already been fired, no modifications can be made. 8. This product will be directly hand-painted onto the bowls and dishes according to the artwork. Drafts for confirmation or modifications are not provided. 9. As this is a handmade item, the average production time is 20 working days. The shipping time depends on the kiln firing schedule. Please refer to the announced shipping time for the product. Ensure you can accept the estimated shipping time when placing your order. 10. This product is hand-painted, not digitally printed. The ceramic glazes used may not perfectly replicate the exact colors and brushstrokes of the child's artwork. Minor variations between the original drawing and the finished product are to be expected.
