It will take some time for the leather to soften and become more pliable with use. Please consider this before ordering if you are sensitive to such changes. 📍 Key fob designs vary depending on the "purchase year" and "owner's selected options" for each car model. Kindly send a photo of your key fob for verification before placing an order. __Order Process__ 💁🏻 Production of the leather case begins only after your order is placed. It will be shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends) starting from the day after your order. Each additional item will require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeline before ordering. The product is made using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air-drying. While surface imperfections might not be obvious on a flat piece of leather, they can become more pronounced once the leather is shaped into a three-dimensional form. If excessive flaws are found, we will discard the piece and start anew. Handmade items are time-consuming and labor-intensive, so please wait patiently. 💁🏻 Before ordering, please send a photo of your key fob for verification. Even within the same car model, designs can differ based on the year or the owner's selected options. If an incorrect item is ordered due to failure to send a photo for verification, and you force your key into the case, causing deformation or damage, we will not be able to offer returns or exchanges. **1. Its lighter shade is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, and leather grain is more visible. Specify Hot Stamping Content in the Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be arranged freely, while Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers are not available for hot stamping. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly even heat distribution on each character with the hot stamping machine, extensive or all-uppercase lettering can lead to foil peeling. This is an unavoidable outcome, so please consider your desired text carefully if this is a concern. 2. The hot stamping add-on service covers only one line of text. It does not include back-side stamping or multi-line stamping. 3. This product is made to order. Production time varies depending on the size and quantity of the item. Typically, it will be shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends). 4. Natural leather possesses inherent textures and may show marks from the cow's life, such as scars or insect bites. Please order only if you accept these natural variations. 5. All product photos are taken from actual items. However, color discrepancies may occur due to computer monitor settings and lighting. The actual product color is the standard. 6. Handmade items may show slight imperfections inherent in the crafting process and cannot achieve the uniformity of factory-made products.
