Course Duration: 2.5 hours
* Class A: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
* Class B: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
* Class C: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
(Each session includes a 30-minute buffer for finishing touches)

Kindly provide your name, registration date, and class time to receive the color swatch and allow us to prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure a quality learning environment, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent prolonged waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to be present for the entire session to provide assistance. No additional fee for accompanying parents.)
* For the sake of all participants, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please be punctual to avoid disrupting the class. To ensure the rights of other students, entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will be required.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. Beverages in capped containers are permitted; please be mindful of spills.
* Classes may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be in the footage, please inform a staff member on-site to arrange avoidance. By not notifying us, you consent to Dottie Studio's use of your likeness and images of your work.
* Our studio operates by appointment only. Once a course is booked, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled on the day. The following circumstances allow for one rescheduling or transfer of booking within two months:
1. Weather conditions: Government-declared suspension of work and classes in your area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents (subject to discussion).

* In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, cease operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to fix it yourself. Any damage to equipment caused by non-compliant operation will require compensation at the full replacement cost.
