● During registration, you may specify individuals you do not wish to encounter (e.g., colleagues) in the remarks section; assistance will be provided to avoid them being in the same session.

I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the paid amount.
▼ Cancellations notified between 6 and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the paid amount.
▼ Cancellations notified within 3 days prior to or on the event day are not accepted and will not be refunded.
▼ If participation is terminated due to reasons beyond the organizer's control during the event, no refund will be issued.
▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
II. Date or Activity Changes:
▼ Changes to dates or other activities can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). However, only one change is permitted.
▼ If there is a price difference resulting from a date or activity change, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
▼ Once a date or activity has been changed, cancellations are not accepted.
▼ Changes to dates or other activities are not accepted within 3 days prior to or on the event day.
III. Electronic invoices will be emailed after the event. Lottery winnings will be notified separately. If a three-part invoice is required, please indicate this in the remarks section during registration.
