/ Ingredients/
French Isini matured fermented cream, Taiwan-made non-additive wheat flour, Muda Ranch eggs, yogurt, aluminum-free baking powder, fine sugar, French flower, dried strawberry
/ preservation method/
Room temperature: sealed and stored for about 2~3 days,
Freezing: sealed and stored in the freezer (about 7 days)
/ Re-bake taste method/
After taking Scam out of the freezer, it must be completely defrosted before it can be baked back!
If it is not defrosted, the temperature inside and outside of the bread will be uneven, making it unpalatable.
When baking back, preheat the oven to 180~200°C, sprinkle some water on the surface of Scone, and bake for 3-5 minutes.
