Exploring is challenging due to the extensive black scorch marks and cracked floors. After carefully climbing to the 9th floor, you can see the scenery of the old city." ※ No. 321 Art Village "Formerly a Japanese military dormitory, it was established as an art village in 2013. On holidays, it attracts many visitors. We explored several areas not yet open to the public, to glimpse the original state of the dormitory complex before it became studios." ※ Ciguang Jiuchun "This abandoned military dependents' village is located right beside a busy main road. However, time inside seems to have stood still since most residents moved out. Only cats occasionally appear around, wandering through the window frames." ※ Liu Chi-hsiang Residence "A welcoming small attraction with its gate ajar, ideal for novice adventurers. The main building was relatively well-preserved at the time, with only slight collapses on the second-floor exterior corridor. It has now been renovated by the city government and reopened as an art memorial museum." ※ Old House next to Lin Pet Hospital "Cattle roam on the lush green grass. After carefully avoiding the dung, we finally approached this row of red-brick old houses, where intertwined branches support the walls. Nature and man-made structures together compose a beautiful picture."
