■ Available reservation times: 19:00 - 21:30.
■ The experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours. Please adhere to the allocated time for each stage of the process. You may leave earlier if you finish your creation ahead of schedule.

Stamping tools are available on-site (English letters, numbers, special symbols). Due to stamp size limitations, choose rings or bracelets with a width of 2.0mm-6.5mm or wider for sufficient space to stamp complete lettering. Stamping offers a handcrafted aesthetic. maple will guide you through the stamping steps and techniques, allowing you to personally engrave beautiful messages on the inner or outer band of your creation. You can decide to upgrade the width after trying on styles on the day of your experience.
■ Fee: maple offers complimentary stamping of a single uppercase letter or number on the inner band. Each additional character incurs a fee of NT$20.

Maple has been independently running her brand since 2014, primarily selling and promoting her designs and philosophy at weekend markets. Over a decade of creative work, maple has gained experience in Macau, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, and has diligently obtained certifications from the University of Taiwan and the Class B Certificate for Gold and Silver Jewelry Processing.
These accumulated experiences led to the official establishment of her personal studio on September 5, 2024. She hopes to continue sharing the warmth of handmade crafts with fellow enthusiasts.

✦✦ Rescheduling and Refund Policy ✦✦
■ Requests made more than 10 days prior to the event (excluding the event day): Full refund.
■ Requests made 5 days prior to the event (excluding the event day): No refund. One reschedule is permitted, only to a weekday.
■ Requests made 3 days prior to the event (excluding the event day): No refund. A rescheduling fee of NT$200 will apply.
■ Cancellations due to lateness, no-shows, or personal reasons on the event day are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
■ If participation is terminated due to personal reasons during the event, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
■ Rescheduled appointments are final and cannot be refunded or further rescheduled.
■ In case of unforeseen circumstances on the event day (e.g., car accident, illness, family emergency), please message pinkoi with supporting documents (e.g., photos, medical records) to request a reschedule. Rescheduled experiences must be within three months; failure to reschedule within this period will be considered a forfeiture.
■ In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes), maple will proactively notify participants regarding postponement or refunds.

■ To ensure the smooth running of the experience, check-in will be based on the arrival of the last participant. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in forfeiture of entry, with no refund or rescheduling option. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
■ Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow maple's instructions. Any damage caused by violation will be the participant's responsibility.
■ maple will assist with on-site photography for sharing on fan pages. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform maple at the time of shooting, and she will avoid capturing you.
■ For potentially hazardous steps during the experience, maple can assist, ensuring your safety.
■ Payment methods accepted on-site: Cash, bank transfer, LINE Pay, Jiekou Pay, credit card.
■ If you have any questions or cannot find the location, please message pinkoi immediately. Being unable to find the studio is not an acceptable reason for lateness.
