Boiling:
1. Do not thaw the tangyuan. Add them to boiling water. If you're concerned about sticking, you can add them with parchment paper.
2. Gently stir after adding to the pot to slightly cook the outer layer, which helps prevent sticking.
3. Remove once the skin becomes translucent.

Steaming:
1. Place the tangyuan with parchment paper on a plate without thawing.
2. Add about 1/3 of a rice cup of water to the outer pot. It's ready to eat once the cooker pops. You can open the lid anytime, but avoid steaming for too long.

※ Crucially, do not thaw the tangyuan beforehand, as the skin may crack easily. Take them out of the freezer just before steaming or boiling.
※ Avoid stirring the tangyuan constantly.
