* Once your booking is confirmed, please contact "White Dot Official Messages" or add "Official LINE:@934zljmm" to send us your design and receive pre-class instructions.
* If your crafting session exceeds the original scheduled time, an additional fee of NT$300 per person per hour will apply.
* If a student decides to abandon their work mid-session, the instructor will complete the piece. A handling fee of NT$1,000 per person will be charged.
* Companions, whether they participate in the tufting or not, will be charged NT$500 per person.

1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons or earthquakes that require cancellation, we will notify you via White Dot's official channels. You may reschedule your session once.
2. If you wish to film videos, shows, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order. We will arrange a time slot for you when no other students are present.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will immediately prepare the necessary materials for your session. Therefore, refunds cannot be processed.
2. If you need to reschedule within 8 days of your chosen class date, you may enjoy one free postponement.
(This can be rescheduled to any session within three months of the original booking date).
3. If you do not reschedule within three months or are unable to attend even after one free postponement, please place a new order.
4. Last-minute cancellations on the day of the workshop or arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the session. Please place a new order.
