The freshwater pearls are secured with a special adhesive. Avoid wearing these earrings in the bath or sauna, as high temperatures and humidity can weaken the adhesive. To preserve the natural texture of the metal, no plating is applied. If you wish to prevent tarnishing, we recommend gently wiping the earrings with a soft cloth after each use, storing them in a zip-lock bag, and occasionally polishing them with a dedicated silver cloth or polish. Please be careful to avoid getting polish on the freshwater pearls. While we craft these pieces with durability in mind, they are delicate in nature, so please handle with care. The design may pose a risk of snagging on clothing. Please exercise caution when wearing with delicate fabrics.
