? Essential oil types and materials are subject to availability on-site.
? Each workshop requires a minimum of one participant to commence and is capped at two participants. If the minimum enrollment of 1 person is not met three days prior to the scheduled activity, Qing Handcraft Soap reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify you to reschedule or receive a refund.
? As we need to prepare materials three days in advance, cancellations made within three days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.
? If you need to reschedule your workshop, please inform us at least 3 days in advance. Failure to do so will incur a material preparation fee of $300.
? Only registered participants are allowed. Non-participants are not permitted to accompany or join the session.
? Entry is allowed 15 minutes before the workshop begins. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
? Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Participants will be responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance.
? In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Qing Handcraft Soap will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
? If participation is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to Qing Handcraft Soap, no refund will be provided.
? In case of class cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, Qing Handcraft Soap will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund. In the event of a typhoon, the cancellation and refund standards will be based on the announcements of the workshop location, regardless of the participant's location.
? The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and future promotional purposes on Qing Handcraft Soap's social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
