Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major imperfections. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-made items but possesses a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a patina, slowly revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, which makes each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color variations can occur between different batches, depending on storage time. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders; please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is a **custom-made order**. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor quality, not meeting expectations, etc.).
