However, the brand offers exchanges within seven days for items with defects. Buyers who are extremely particular about perfection and cannot accept minor imperfections in the jute sacks or variations in color or pattern compared to the photos are advised to consider carefully before purchasing. ✔ Returned items must be in their original packaging.
