**【Enduring Aroma】2021 Winter Leng We Chen** The Leng We Chen tea region is situated in Taiwan's Hehuanshan, at the intersection of Nantou, Taichung, and Hualien counties, at an altitude exceeding 2600 meters. Formerly known as Hehuan Yakou, this area is currently the highest-altitude oolong tea producing region in Taiwan. The region experiences extreme temperature fluctuations between day and night, boasts soil with high organic content, and is perpetually shrouded in clouds and mist. In winter, temperatures frequently drop below 0 degrees Celsius, and the annual average temperature rarely exceeds 20 degrees Celsius. These conditions lead to slow tea leaf growth, with harvests only occurring twice a year, at the end of spring and the end of autumn, resulting in a relatively scarce yield. Due to the significant diurnal temperature variation and the rich organic matter in the soil, the tea leaves from this region are characterized by their thickness, high pectin content, prominent frosty appearance, pronounced mountain aroma, and strong lingering finish. The tea offers a remarkably mellow and full-bodied taste with a fragrant aroma. It does not require rinsing before brewing, yielding a clear, transparent liquor with a vibrant yellow-green hue and a captivating flavor. Brewing Instructions: Hot Brew Method 1. Place 4 grams of tea into the teapot (or cup). Adjust the amount according to personal preference for strength. 2.
