Water: Natural mountain spring water or soft water are the best and avoid using hard water. Bottled water is also acceptable. 2. Temperature of Water：100°C , Always start with fresh, cold water and just reaches the rolling boil is preferred. Never over-boiling or boiled again. 3. Teapot：Pottery or Zisha teapot would be fine. Warm up the teacup, and clean the tea sets by boiling water. 4. Tea amount：Use 1g tea per 15 mL 100°C water. 5. Brewing time：First brew 40 seconds. Following brewing should be 15~20 seconds longer than the previous. Can be re-brewed up to 4-5 times. The design inspiration of 《Roasted Sijichun》derived from “God of Spring”, one of “Ba Jia Jiang”, Eight Generals troupes. Spring and green are associated with Wood of the five elements. Clothes in green and the lotus blossom design represents the spring season. The design inspiration derived from “Ba Jia Jiang”, Eight Generals troupes, which are the most visually vibrant Zhen Tou martial -arts troupes in Taiwan. These characters act as a security vanguard, protecting the palanquin-seated god further back by frightening off demons and ghosts. A key troupe within the larger group of security officers that leads a deity-palanquin procession is the Eight Generals. An Eight Generals formation can in fact feature as many as 13 different figures, but in Taiwan the “Eight Generals” appellation is universally applied. Members of the Eight Generals include four main generals and four “gods of seasons”. According to The Five Elements that are related to each, Each Eight Generals deity has their distinguishing face-paint design, weaponry, and other elements. Taiwan has nearly perfect four seasons for tea production.
