**1. If you cancel or change the course 5 days before the activity date, you can get a full refund. If you cancel a course within 5 days of the event date, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded.**
**2. No fees will be refunded if the course is cancelled one day before or on the day of the activity. If the course is cancelled due to force majeure, please contact us.**
3. We recommend that you transfer your place if you need to cancel your reservation one day before the event. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
