Enamel dangle earrings KESHIKI among flowers

The "KESHIKI" series dangle earrings depict seasonal natural scenery in mosaic-like champlevé enamel (glass glaze). This piece is a combination of colorful enamels designed with flowers blooming in the spring fields and mountains. The colors are inspired by the spring landscape of Mt.Takao, where violets, nilinths, mountain cherry blossoms, and azaleas bloom, using light pastel colors with a matte finish. About champlevé enamel This enameling technique, which is said to have been used in ancient times for Celtic ornaments and was introduced to Byzantium, creates decorative patterns by firing glaze into depressions created by carving down the base metal. The contrast between the finely divided design of the base metal and the enamel creates a colorful and beautiful expression, a texture that can only be expressed through a sophisticated fusion of engraving techniques and enamel work.
