The assembly suggested evaluation indicators are as follows:
(1) Whether participants’ information can be known in advance: If all participants’ travel history to popular areas and contact history with confirmed cases can be known, and symptom assessment and body temperature measurement can be carried out before entering the event, the risk will be relatively low. On the contrary, if the above information is not available, the relative risk is higher.
(2) Ventilation situation of activity spaces: outdoor activities have a lower risk; indoor spaces with good ventilation or windows that can be opened for ventilation have the second highest risk; and closed indoor spaces with poor ventilation have the highest risk.
(3) Distance between event participants: If participants can keep at least 1 meter away from each other during the event, the risk is low. In principle, the closer the distance, the higher the risk.
(4) Participants are in fixed positions or unfixed positions during the event: the former has lower risks, while the latter has higher risks.
(5) Activity duration: In principle, the longer the activity, the higher the risk.
(6) Whether hand hygiene and wearing masks can be implemented during the event: Those who can implement it have lower risks, while those who cannot implement it have higher risks.
