✨ Perfume Bar Event Guidelines | Please review the following to ensure a smooth and ritualistic scent experience. 🌿
To ensure each Perfume Bar event flows naturally and is filled with a sense of ritual, please kindly note the following:
1. Pre-Event Scent Theme Discussion is Required
Whether it's a wedding, brand event, birthday party, or a baby's first birthday celebration, the scent experience will be custom-designed according to the theme. Please complete your discussion and confirmation with us at least one month prior to the event date. This includes details such as: fragrance style, on-site flow, formula design, and visual presentation. Failure to confirm within this timeframe may affect perfume preparation and setup arrangements.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Perfume Bar events require the preparation of exclusive essential oils, equipment, and decor. Last-minute cancellations are not permitted. In special circumstances, please submit rescheduling requests 14 days prior to the event, and we will do our best to assist in adjusting the schedule.
⚠ Deposits are non-refundable. Your understanding and prior assessment of participation arrangements are appreciated.
3. Deposit and Final Payment Methods
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a deposit is required to secure your time slot and prepare materials. The remaining balance can be paid before the event, or as otherwise agreed upon. If you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Event Photography and Portrait Rights
The host party may conduct candid photography on the day of the event for the purpose of recording the perfume event and for future promotional materials. If you or your guests do not wish to be photographed, please inform us proactively before the event or on-site, and we will respect your wishes and make arrangements accordingly.
5. Event Design Flexibility

We welcome discussions about your desired style and atmosphere, allowing each event to become a unique scented memory.
6. Other Notes
The organization reserves the right to adjust, modify, or terminate the event. For any unaddressed matters, the host's instructions will prevail. Registration signifies agreement to the above terms.
