● Course Introduction
Chuàn Chuàn Handmade introduces a new season of courses combining "Mindful Meditation" and "Handmade Ornaments." Through this mindful crafting experience, find inner peace in tranquil moments and free yourself from the control of emotions.
In class, guided by the instructor, engage in meditation and seated meditation to release inner stress in a state of deep self-emptying.
Learn mindful meditation to cultivate mindfulness; become aware of your thoughts, emotions, and state of mind in the present moment, and learn to regulate your condition. In the crafting portion, similarly focus on the wrapping and overall structural design of the ornament; due to the complexity of larger ornament structures, a calm and focused mind is essential. (This course is developed and designed by Chuàn Chuàn Handmade, offering exclusive instruction.)
