Though the design is intricate, each large decorative element is first secured with adhesive before stitching, and the back of the embroidery is reinforced to prevent fraying. 📚 The motif is one of the earliest designs from tsukiniyorosiku. Thick cotton cords are stitched with seed beads and metallic threads, creating expressive patterns inspired by the picture books I read as a child. Those stories filled our home and shaped the colors and lines that now form the quiet foundation of my work. 👛 This purse features a classic kiss-lock clasp, where two rounded metal ends meet with a gentle “click.” It’s soft and lightly padded, with no gusset, and fits easily into your handbag.
