After payment, production and shipping will take 14 business days (excluding holidays). ● Each crystal's color, pattern, and size will vary from the photos. We do not offer crystal selection for production. ● Natural inclusions, dark spots, internal cracks, mineral flaws, and surface pits in crystals are normal occurrences. ● Photos are taken in natural light. There may be color discrepancies between the photos and the actual product. ● As all jewelry is handmade, slight variations from the photos are inevitable. ● Due to the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. ● Before shipping, we will take a photo of the finished product for your confirmation. As these are handcrafted items, please care for them gently to extend their lifespan. 1. Avoid Forceful Pulling When wearing or removing jewelry, do not pull forcefully to prevent metal wear, deformation, and breakage from repeated bending. When opening the clasp, avoid pulling it apart forcefully to prevent loosening of the connecting rings on either side. 2. Avoid Chemicals and Water Keep jewelry away from products containing chemical additives such as perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics to prevent oxidation. Remove jewelry before swimming or showering. 3. Maintain Cleanliness Sweat and oils from the skin can corrode jewelry. After each wear, wipe the jewelry with a dry, soft cloth. 4. Proper Storage When storing jewelry, place it in the resealable DORSQUARE pouch provided to prevent oxidation from prolonged exposure to air. Avoid storing multiple pieces together to prevent scratches and damage.
