・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Simply arrive at the venue at the scheduled time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for the Management of Short-Term Supplementary Schools" announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class commencement date, 95% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class commencement date, 90% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class commencement date, 80% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please actively inform us of your preferred new date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled date, please choose the refund option.
。For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be granted, as materials and venue arrangements will have already been prepared by the instructor. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number, account holder name, and we will process the refund via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unaccompanied individuals without tickets are not allowed to join, unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation (please call the venue in advance to inquire).
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6, two days prior to the event, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-service black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the workshop for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used in event records or other recruitment channel promotions.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
