Dimensions: height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● During the firing process of mug materials, slight burn marks and bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable and considered normal. These do not qualify for returns or exchanges. ● When washing, please do not use abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Inclusions or indentations generated during firing are normal phenomena. ● Coasters may have minor scratches or dust. The quality of unglazed blanks can vary by approximately 10% per batch. Ink absorption varies due to the porosity of the ceramic, which can lead to uneven coloration, especially with pink or dark backgrounds, appearing as blotchy or misty patterns. All these are considered normal and not defects. Please consider this before ordering if you are particular about perfection. ● Each set of coasters is packaged in a paper box. The non-slip pads are hand-applied and may occasionally be slightly off-center or crooked. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. The actual product color and proportions may have slight variations; the final product is the standard. This product is custom-made. Production begins the day after payment is completed and requires 10-15 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
