Peel off the transparent adhesive film on the tattoo sticker. 4. Place the pattern face down on the skin at the selected location. Please avoid moving or repeating positioning after applying. 5. Take a piece of toilet paper and fold it into quarters and make sure that all the toilet paper absorbs water. 6. Use a large area of toilet paper filled with water to completely wet the tattoo sticker and press lightly for 20 seconds. 7. Gently peel off the backing paper and absorb excess moisture from the skin. To remove tattoo stickers: Pour baby oil or eye and lip makeup remover onto a cotton pad, apply it on the pattern for about 20 seconds, and then rub and wipe it off appropriately.
