* For groups of 2 or more, or for booking 2+ courses, please select 2 or more sessions for discounted registration.
* Class Schedule: Monday - Sunday
Class Duration: 2.5 hours (depending on project style)
* Class A: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
* Class B: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
* Class C: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
(Each session includes a 30-minute buffer for finishing)

and provide your name / registration date / class time. Request a color swatch for material preparation.
* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to accompany and assist throughout the creation process; no additional fee for joint creation.)
* We cannot provide individual explanations for latecomers during the knitting class. "Please do not be late" to avoid disrupting other participants' sessions. To safeguard the learning rights of other students, entry will be denied for arrivals exceeding 10 minutes. Rescheduling will be necessary.
* No food or drinks are allowed in the classroom. Lidded beverages are permitted, please be mindful to avoid spills.
* Classes will be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff on-site to avoid the camera. Your consent is implied if no objection is raised, allowing Dottie Studio to use images and footage featuring your likeness and artwork.
* The classroom operates on an appointment basis. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and same-day rescheduling is not permitted. The following circumstances allow for one reschedule or transfer of booking within two months:
1. Weather conditions: Government declares a suspension of work and classes in the registered area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents (subject to discussion).
