**Production & Shipping Details**
－Since 12.designs is a one-person studio, I will try my best to respond to your Pinkoi messages within 3-5 working day (excluding holidays).
－Every product requires 8-16 working days with holidays excluded. Thank you for your patience.
－After your product is made, we will ship the product within 3 days.
－For customers in Taiwan, shipment will take 5 to 7 days (holidays excluded).
－For customers outside of Taiwan, shipment usually takes 10 to 20 days. Please feel free to send us a Pinkoi message to check shipment times！
