Select the Perfect Photo: The final appearance depends on the photo quality. Please choose a high-resolution image where the subject's face is clear, lighting is ample, and colors have good contrast. We strongly advise against using screenshots, photos taken in dim lighting, or out-of-focus images, as these can affect print quality. 2. Upload Your Image: Please send the original file of your chosen photo via message or email. 3. Choose Background Color(s): Select your preferred background color. We especially recommend a dual-tone combination, such as "one white/light side and one colored side," to add depth and texture to your pillow. 4. Optional Personalization/Accessories: Kindly inform us if you wish to add small embellishments (e.g., cute blush, a personalized name tag). If not mentioned before design confirmation, the image will be processed with its background removed. 5. Revision Limit: To ensure efficient production, we offer one free revision for background color or minor adjustments. Subsequent modifications will incur a fee. 6. Design Approval: Once the design is complete, we will provide a "mock-up" for your review. Production will commence only after you confirm your satisfaction. 7. Production Time: Customized items typically require 10-20 working days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have urgent needs for a specific holiday, please communicate this with us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. ⚠️ Purchase Notice (Important Information) 1. No Returns for Custom Orders: All items are custom-made according to individual preferences and are considered special goods exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period as per consumer protection laws. Except for significant defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, color differences, or size discrepancies. Please understand and agree before purchasing. 2. Screen Color Differences & Print Limitations: There may be a reasonable color variation of 10%-15% between the printed fabric and your screen display (phone or computer). Additionally, the sharpness of lines in fabric printing may not be as perfect as on paper. Minor color variations and slight bleeding are not considered product defects. Please consider this carefully if you have exceptionally high standards. 3. Cancellation & Change Policy: Once you provide your photo, we begin the production process, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded. (If you need to change the photo before printing, a design fee of NT$300 per image will apply). 4. Size Tolerance: The pillow shape is contoured based on the cutout of the photo. During the cutting and sewing process, there may be a reasonable handmade variation of 3-5cm in the final product size. 5. Photo Copyright: Please ensure you have legal authorization or own the copyright for the photos you provide. The buyer assumes all legal responsibility for any copyright disputes involving celebrities, anime characters, etc. 6. Production Notes: Each pillow is meticulously illustrated by our design team. We carefully retouch images, preserving hair and texture details as much as possible, and optimizing colors and shadows for the highest quality visual presentation.
