We will provide a draft for your approval before production begins, after which the shipping time will be calculated. ● Please select a suitable photo with a clear face of the main subject, sufficient resolution, good lighting, and balanced color contrast for the best results. Avoid using screenshots to prevent poor print quality. Photos can be changed before printing, with a ¥500 retouching fee. ● Please send your customization photos as image files to our Gmail account: esmile7 ● Production takes 7-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the item.
