While we take great care in handling the leather, minor imperfections such as scratches, creases, indentations, or spots are normal and should not be considered defects.**
**Returns & Exchanges**
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
1. Items that have been washed, used, or damaged due to personal reasons.
2. Items returned beyond the specified return period (within 7 days of customer receipt).
3. Certain sale items and gifts.
**Refunds**
If an item arrives damaged or if we ship an incorrect item, we will offer the following arrangements:
A full refund of the product cost and shipping fees to the customer's payment account.
Or
We will arrange for a replacement of the new item to be sent to you.

**Exchanges**
Subject to availability, we accept one exchange for the same style (different size) only.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the product cost.
