[Craftsmanship] Four Stages, Three Firings – Undergoing four processes and three firings. Forming the clay body -> Bisque firing at 800°C -> Glazing -> High-temperature firing at 1230°C -> Overglaze painting with gold -> Firing at 800°C. Followed by integration with the metal hardware; these complex steps require dozens of hours. [Hollow Ceramic Interior] Serves as an aromatherapy bottle and a necklace accessory. The slip casting process requires careful control to avoid excessive thickness, hence the hollow design. After manual trimming and refining, it undergoes bisque firing to provide basic structural integrity. This is followed by the glazing process. Once the glaze is dry, it is fired at a high temperature above 1230°C. After cooling, the glaze surface is inspected for smoothness. Then, overglaze painting and liquid gold detailing are applied, followed by another kiln firing to 800°C. After cooling, the patented metal clasp, designed and manufactured for aromatherapy function, is securely attached to the ceramic.
