Pearls and gemstones can be cleaned with a dab of neutral soapy water. You may also periodically send them to us for professional maintenance. ▍After-Sales Service All products come with a 6-month warranty covering deformation, detachment, or breakage of ear posts or clips. Repairs for main materials and round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If repair in person is required, please inquire about appointment times in advance. Damage due to obvious human misuse or force majeure is not covered by the warranty. ▍Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable, except in cases of shipping errors or obvious defects.
