Class Time: The class may end earlier or later depending on individual progress. Please allocate some extra time.
To ensure efficiency and focus during the class, the maximum class duration is 5 hours. If it exceeds 5 hours, an additional charge of $250 per hour will apply. We appreciate your cooperation.
Transportation:
1. Take the MRT to Longshan Temple Station, Exit 3, and walk for approximately 6 minutes.
2. Take the MRT to Xiaonanmen Station, Exit 2, and walk for approximately 10 minutes.
Number of Participants: Classes can start with just 1 person. The maximum capacity is 5 people. Group bookings are welcome.
Fees Include: 3.5g of Japan Aida silver clay / Sterling silver consumables / Instructor's fee / Venue fee / On-site tool rental. (We provide a little extra silver clay.)
If you require a sterling silver chain, you can purchase a 16 or 18-inch sterling silver chain during the class.
Simple style: 16-inch $120 / 18-inch $140.
Alternatively, you can upgrade to a bracelet for an additional $150.
If you have leftover silver clay, don't worry!
Nov . Tzu offers a variety of cute molds you can use. You can almost certainly take home 2 small creations. 😎

To participate in the experience activity, please complete your ticket purchase at least 2 days in advance.
After placing your order, you will receive a site mail confirmation of your purchase. No physical tickets will be issued.
Minors aged 8 and above must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 😊
To maintain teaching quality and respect the rights of other participants, bringing companions to the class is prohibited. Thank you. 🙏
Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth progress of the experience activity, please do not be late. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and will not be eligible for a refund. (If you have special circumstances, please leave a message for me.) 😊
Water or beverages will not be provided at the event venue. Please bring your own to drink.
Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation 7 days or more before the course (excluding the departure date) will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
Notice of cancellation between 6 and 4 days before the course (excluding the departure date) will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made 3 days before the course up to the day of the course are not accepted and will not be refunded.
If participation in the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.
We recommend transferring your spot if you need to cancel within 6 days before the course date. However, please be sure to inform us of the transferee's name and contact information.
In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters or typhoons, we will contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
Date Change Policy:
Dates can be changed between 6 and 4 days before the course (excluding the departure date), but only one change is permitted.
Activities that have been rescheduled cannot be cancelled.
Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the course up to the day of the course.
