・Date: (Workshop 1.5-2 HRS)

・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (Minimum enrollment: 6 people)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, packaging bag, complimentary self-serve black or green tea
・Location: 2nd Floor, No. 65 Huafu Street, North District, Taichung City "Infinite Heart Life"
・Transportation: Take a train to Taichung Station, then board bus number 35 from platform D. Alight at the "Botanical Garden (Jianxing Road)" stop. Walk forward, turn right onto Huafu Street, and continue for approximately 4 minutes. You will see the "Infinite Heart Life" multi-concept cafe.

・For registrations made the day before or on the day of the workshop, please contact us to confirm if the session is proceeding before registering.
・Upon checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-workshop notification will be sent.
・Incomplete payments will be considered as unsuccessful registrations. Once a session is full, no further registrations will be accepted. Orders with pending payments are not counted towards the attendee list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
。As per Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Act Governing Private Schools" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools" announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the course starts, a refund of 95% of the total tuition fee will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the course starts, a refund of 90% of the total tuition fee will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the course starts, a refund of 80% of the total tuition fee will be issued.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the workshop, due to material preparation and venue arrangements by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Non-attendance will be considered forfeiture.
。To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account name and number). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to join this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying individuals without tickets are not permitted to join unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation (please contact the venue in advance to inquire).
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6, two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the workshop. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for record-keeping and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
