This blend highlights the qualities of Colombard (a famous grape variety from the South West), it brings the pep reinforced by the citrus fruit, a candle full of energy. Acacia flowers are cooked into fritters, peaches are ripening. On the terraces shaded by ageless wisteria, we enjoy cherries and fruity local white wine.
