You can also choose from a "Large Size Screw-Back Earrings" with a larger U-shaped piece that drapes over the earlobe, recommended for those with thicker earlobes, or "Non-Hole Pierce (Resin Earring)," which is gradually gaining popularity. Please specify your preference in the purchase options if desired. Earrings will come with a transparent silicone rubber cushion on the part that touches the back of the earlobe.
