As printing inks vary by origin, please avoid washing over printed areas to prevent fading. ◗◗◗ Return & Exchange Policy ✔ Due to the use of coffee bean sacks from different origins, patterns within the same style will vary, and items are shipped randomly. Returns or exchanges based on pattern preference cannot be accepted. ✔ This product is custom-made upon order by women artisans, and as such, it is considered a personalized item and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, the brand offers an exchange service within seven days for items with defects. Buyers who are extremely particular about perfection and cannot accept minor imperfections in the linen bean sacks or variations in color or pattern from the photos are advised to reconsider before purchasing. ✔ Returned items must be in their original packaging. If the product has been improperly disassembled or used, resulting in damage, scratches, stains, or incomplete packaging, making it unsaleable, or if accessories are missing, returns cannot be accepted. For returns due to personal reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Scratches, cracks, deterioration, breakage, or external damage resulting from normal use, such as collisions, friction, drops, wiping, water exposure, or washing, are not covered under the return or exchange policy.
