It is said that people in the past painted blue paint on the exterior walls of buildings to repel mosquitoes. Over time, these blues gradually fade and become mottled, but they also become more natural and unique with time.
This work uses lapis lazuli, and the blue with gold color was often used as a blue pigment in ancient times and used in paintings. I like the feeling of turning the stories passed on in the past into actual products through hand-made products.
