We crafted this dress from our original fabric, named "Sparkle." Shortly after settling into a new home, the beauty of the starry sky I saw on a still-chilly night left a lasting impression. This fabric, inspired by the image of twinkling stars, expresses a starry night by layering two shades of gold thread with varying densities onto a subtly sheer houndstooth pattern. This piece is meticulously detailed. While it's a sleek sleeveless dress, the front hook closure allows it to be worn like a long gilet, perfectly layered over a simple cut-and-sew top and trousers. The side ties can also be adjusted or removed, loosening them creates a relaxed silhouette, while tightening them allows the dress to follow your body's contours. You can also tie them at the front and back to cinch the waist. Generous godets at the hem feature a fabric change, creating a dynamic expression with every sway. The volume is achieved through a light layering of fabric, giving it movement. Fringe lace, discovered at a lace factory, is subtly placed at the front and back, serving as a delicate accent within the smooth silhouette. The fabric has a crisp, dry texture, making it comfortable to wear even in summer.
