. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email for your ticket; no physical tickets will be mailed. Please present the booking confirmation email or order details upon arrival.
. Materials provided for the handmade ring experience are for individual use and cannot be shared by two participants.
. Cancellations due to personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
. Rescheduling is permitted up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If the rescheduled date incurs a price difference, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost or receive a partial refund.
. Cancellations after a rescheduling has been made will incur a 30% handling fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
After completing the handmade ring course, the piece requires subsequent fine metalworking refinement. Therefore, it cannot be taken home on the same day.
The overall production time is approximately 20–30 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified upon completion for pickup or shipping arrangements.
