The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. Made-to-order pieces require 2-6 weeks of production (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to discuss expedited production possibilities. Items processed through external factories require a longer lead time. These include: Wax-cast items, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
