Change the water approximately every two days. When changing the water, trim the stems by cutting 1-2cm diagonally each time to maintain the flowers' water absorption. As you tend to them, remove any withered leaves or flowers. Stems that have become shorter after trimming can be placed in small glass vases or jam jars for continued enjoyment. To prolong the vase life of your flowers, consider adding a floral preservative, a very small amount of bleach (under 1ml per 200ml of water), or a copper coin. ■ Placement Please place in a cool, shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight and air conditioner drafts, to extend the freshness of your flowers. ■ Order Modifications & Cancellations Should you need to change your order details, card message, or delivery address, please contact us no later than 12:00 PM, 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. (e.g., for an order scheduled for June 8th delivery, notification must be received by June 3rd, 12:00 PM). We regret that we cannot accept modifications or cancellations after this time. In the event of insufficient stock for a particular vase, it will be replaced with a similar style. Fresh flowers typically last 5-10 days, though this can vary depending on the variety and environment. Please care for them appropriately based on your environment to extend their bloom. As fresh flowers and plants are perishable items, minor damage or scuffs may occur during creation and delivery. Slight imperfections are considered within acceptable range. Flower availability can fluctuate significantly. If a specific flower is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar variety to ensure the integrity and aesthetic of the design. Replacements will be made without prior notification. ■ Card & Care Guide We offer a complimentary card printing service. Please provide your message content at checkout, and our professionals will handle the layout and design. Rest assured, it's in good hands! A small card with care instructions will be included with your order, so you need not worry about how to maintain your flowers. ■ Delivery Method Your order will be shipped the day before delivery via Black Cat Express. (Delivery cannot be specified for Sundays or Mondays; delivery is arranged based on the driver's route. We recommend scheduling delivery for an earlier date.) ■ Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure that the recipient's name and phone number are accurate and that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient absence, or inability to make contact.
