How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit. Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then compare it with our size chart.
● Inform store staff of the approximate height and weight; ring size adjustments can be made at the store after completion.

[How to Use Care Accessories]
★ To restore oxidized or tarnished sterling silver, gently brush with a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth or a hairdryer.
You can use a polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the shine of your silver jewelry, making it look like new. The polishing cloth is ideal for daily maintenance and for polishing metal surfaces.
★ Silver Cleaning Solution
1. Immerse the silver item in the cleaning solution for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the item from the solution and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the item with a clean cloth or a hairdryer.
4. You can use a polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the shine of your silver jewelry, making it look like new.
Important: Do not immerse items with a vintage black finish in silver cleaning solution, as it will remove the black patina and result in plain silver.

**Classes start with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to the scheduled class date. Cancellations made on the day of the class, or no-shows, are non-refundable but can be converted into store credit for other products or classes.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. Exchanges for items of the same price are accepted (subject to available materials). You may also upgrade to a higher-priced item by paying the difference; however, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will first demonstrate the process and guide you step-by-step. If an irreparable flaw occurs due to not following instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying slightly depending on the complexity of the chosen design. You can take your creation home the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required due to the pandemic.**
★ Please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation during the class. Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled class date, classes will be canceled based on government directives for your safety, and a new date will be arranged.
